Waking up Early Comes With Benefits

Why You Should Avoid Waking Up at 5 A.M. Every Day | Inc.com

Who knew waking up early wasn’t just for birds. Let’s ponder on some of the benefits of waking up early (for humans XD).

1. You get more time for yourself.

Well when living with family, or alone for that matter, the busy world generally sucks the alone     time for us. Well waking up solves that. Because when you wake up early, the silence isn’t because you’re in a scary horror movie, its because no ones there to disturb you when you’re spending some alone time with yourself.

2. You get more time to exercise.

Yes gather up you fitness and health enthusiasts, now’s the time to rise and shine. Waking up early morning means you get time to have that sweaty morning run full of vitamin D (you need a good shower after that though.)  Well not just that, in todays busy world when we don’t get any time to take care of ourself, early morning workout can be the perfect time to be think peacefully and take care of your health at the same time.

3. You might spend less time in traffic

Well well JACKPOT!!!!!!!!! Leaving home early for work doesn’t just end up you not getting scold by your boss because you reached on time but it also means that you don’t get stuck in traffic (so you have your peace of mind and probably don’t shout and honk at people in traffic). Not just the roads but public transports will be carrying less people too so you get a seat for yourself rather than standing the entire journey

; )

4. You might get better sleep

It might sound stupid ( I know it does) but studies prove that people who wake up early tend to go to bed early which comes with a lot of benefits such as good mood (well we all know how cranky people with less sleep can be), better concentration and many more.

5. More energy

We all know the mantra don’t we. Good sleep = More energy (well in most cases its true). When you go to sleep early and wake up early in the morning you feel more refreshed and energised than when you do the opposite.

Young women, especially, are living in one of the most favorable times for feminism where females have more power and a stronger voice in society.   Embracing the virtual world In general, the lucky bunch of this time are called the Gen Zers (Generation Z), or colloquially called ‘zoomers’. As told in NASPA’s (National association of student personnel administrators) blog, Gen Z is one of the most diverse and inclusive generation we have ever seen. Ironically, netizens claim that zoomers also ‘don’t touch enough grass’, which means that they are always indoors and ...
