There is this curious phenomenon where people accept love a certain way, and they also receive love a certain way. This is called your Love Language. There are 5 main Love Languages, and each show how people have inherent traits that they tend to show with how they express love.

 

Words of affirmation


It means mostly using words to encourage, affirm, and appreciate the people that you love. They listen actively and tend to be great in verbal cues.

Quality Time

These kind of people love uninterrupted and focused conversations. One on one time is important. They are more in tune with the empathetic side of people and are very observant individuals.

Acts of service

They go out of their way to care for you. Their goals work towards bringing happiness and the better good to the people that they love.

Physical Touch

 

Non-verbal use of body language and encouraging touch points. Overcoming physical barriers is not a concern for these types.

  • Sports science
  • Nursing
  • Physical and massage therapy

 

Receiving gifts


This type of love language exemplifies thoughtfulness and being considerate. They are also people that like to plan and think of the finer details in giving.
